BREAKFAST (part 1)
Question 1: Do you like to get up early in the morning?
Well, not really. I mean I usually have to burn the midnight’s oil to finish all of my work. As a result, I will sleep in every time I can. Usually I cannot sleep in on weekdays because I have to go to school on time so I have to wake up at 6 a.m, which is really frustrating. I will spend my weekends waking up late to compensate for the whole week.
Question 2: What do you usually do in the morning?
It really depends. If it’s a weekday, which means from Monday to Friday, I have to go to school very early. Actually, I have to get there at 7 a.m so I cannot do many things in the morning, except from eating breakfast, going to school and studying. But if it’s Saturday or Sunday, I will spend a little bit of my morning to sleep in and then do some exercises before breakfast.
Question 3: Is breakfast important?
Absolutely, breakfast is considered to be the most essential meals of the day. In the morning, I eat breakfast pretty religiously. I try to get something satisfying, you know, not to get myself too full but it definitely has to be hearty so that I will have a lot of energy for the whole day long. And on days when I have to skip my breakfasts or forget it, I will find myself really unproductive and tired those days.
