Do you like eating cakes?
Yes, I do. I can say I really have a sweet tooth. And cakes can make my day. Although I know that eating too much cake is not good for health because thay have so much sugar that can lead to me being overweight, it is absolutely good for my mood.
Have you ever made a cake?
I have baked lots of cakes. I like getting my hands dirty, putting on my apron and baking cakes. I usually follow a recipe on the Internet because I’m an amateur, I’m not a seasoned cook. I love the aroma of freshly baked cake and when you tuck into it-it’s just delicious.
Do you like having dessert?
Yes I do. In fact, I never miss storing some cakes or chocolate in my fridge. Eating a slice of cake after a meal is heaven on Earth to me.
When do you eat cakes?
Well, like most people do – on special occasions such as natal day, weddings, Christmas, and New Year. These are the times that I indulge myself eating cakes as they’re always served during those wonderful occasions.
What desserts are popular in your country?
I think people in Vietnam really enjoy chocolate as they are cheap and easily available. Chocolate is also good for health as it releases endorphins.
2.History
Do you think history is important?
Yes, I think history defines our present society and shapes our future. When we look at geography and national boundaries and relationships between countries, it’s essential we understand the history behind them so that we can come closer and learn more from other culture.
Do you like learning history?
No,I didn’t. I found history boring and I didn’t understand it because it was an isolated subject. It was when I start traveling around the world that I love to learn the history behind it.
3.Science
Are you interested in science?
Well, science surrounds us. There is science in cooking. When you put salt on your chips, there is a chemical reaction happening that brings out the flavour of the food. So I think it’s really interesting to bite-sided chunks of science, not learning with big books . In fact, knowing a little bit about science is really useful.
Do you have science class at school?
Yes, of course. We split it up into chemistry, physics,biology and social sciences. And the students usually do research for chemistry, operating animals for biology and learn about human’s emotion in social science.
